Here's a ltitle spider I see from time to time on my lamp.  Dunno if it;s the same one, or jsut one that looks the same.  Every once in a while, every few months or so, this spider will crawl all over my lamp, usually around the bottom edge, like he's doing laps.

This bat was one that was found on the sidewalk when they were redoing the roof. I think he was injured.  We called a wildlife rehabilitation and rescue type hotline, and followed the instructions on the recording (put it in a shoebox, or whatver it fits comfortably in, don;t give it food or water, wait for our call)  they never called, and he ended up dying in the ngiht.  : P  But these three are the pics I took fo the little guy before we put him in a shoebox.
