Hyena Cub's Web Graphics

Hyena Cub's Web Graphics is a website for free website graphic themes - but there are stipulations for their use. They are as follows:

1. You must provide a link to the main graphics site. (http://www.hyenastormcub.com/webgraphics/webmain.html) You may either use a simple text link, or use a provided graphic. The link must be on the same page that you put the graphics on. (Even if you only use one picture from my site, you must provide a link on that page.)

You don't have to notify me, but it would be cool. I like to see who has used my graphics.

2. No commercial use - you may not use any of my graphics for commercial websites, or anything else that you earn money from.

3. No hotlinking - save the files to your own computer, otherwise it uses up my bandwidth.

4. You may not distribute the graphics or put them in a picture collection. If you would like to share these graphics with another, direct them to the main site.

5. Please do not alter the files without permission. Users have blanket permission for the following: adding text to graphics if they wish, or to change contrast or brightness...but not color, shape, or any other such alterations without first asking.

Obviously this does not apply to how many of the graphics (or how few) you use, or how you arrange them on your site. This refers to the graphics themselves.

6. Do not use my graphics for sex/pornography websites.

Any questions, you can contact me here - make sure that you specify "web graphics" somewhere in the Email, as I use the form for several things.

* This excludes graphics for previously copyrighted logos and terms, such as in the television and books section. (It is all my artwork however, and any generic shapes in those categories belong to me.)
