How the summaries work: I place all active characters by location, and write a paragraph about what has happened recently at that location and with those characters. (NPCs are mentioned only if they are active in a scene.) And as always, if I have missed anyone's character, feel free to let me know on the OOC list!

St. Mungo's Hospital:
SUMMARY: The Burrow has been attacked by the Death Eaters on orders from their master. Arthur and Percy Weasley died protecting their family...the others got away with minor injuries. Bill and Fleur got rather more hurt protecting their children, and are in St. Mungo's for the night...the rest of the family has arrived to discuss what next...the students will be out of school until the funerals.
Malfoy Manor:
SUMMARY: Lucius and Draco are back home, ready to act all innnocent, after having participated in the murder of two Weasleys.
Hogwarts:
SUMMARY: Having just chewed out Orion for the DEs' failure, Liam has gone to teach his Transfiguration class. Orion is back to patrolling the corridors, and the other teachers are teaching their respective classes. Magena is in the Common Room, and the other students are in their classes. Harry, Hagrid, and McGonagall are up in Minerva's office, discussing the attack and the Order of the Phoenix.
Shop of Wizarding Odds and Ends:
SUMMARY: Filius and Blaise work here, and have just hired a new employee: Artemis Smith, a half-werewolf who incidentally stayed with Zev and Louis after they fled the Burrow, until Bill and Harry found them.
Unspecified:
SUMMARY: Flint, Baddock, the Lestranges, and Rasputin have just been on the mission to kill the Weasleys. Griphook is likely at the bank, and Kalypso at the Ministry. Neither has really been brought majorly into play as of yet.
