Miscellaneous Pictures

These are the lost....

Actually they're pictures that have no other category.  Enjoy!  **  Indicates the newer pics, as well as a solid color border around the thumbnail. **

These are just some sketches I did for practice.
A storm supercell, a wall cloud, and a tornado.
A ropey tornado in all its glory.  This is probably one of my best pictures.
Multi-vortex tornadoes are awesome things...I tried capturing that in this digital pic.
Here be a pirate-ship cabin boy, showing off up on the crow's nest.  Done for a 100-theme challenge I got off of DeviantART.
And here is a ninja, done for the same 100-theme challenge.
Here is a "Season's Meanings" picture, done for another DeviantArt contest...this time a Victorian era rich woman and her young son giving clothes and food to the poor.
The Little Drummer Boy, anime style.  This was done for a contest on DeviantArt, which specified the illustrated carol had to be in anime style.  Anime is an alien art form to me, and this picture took far longer than it would have for an anime artist...but I was pleased with the outcome.
Here is "A Vintage Christmas", done for another DeviantART contest.  The subject matter was "Vintage Christmas", so here's what I came up with.
Here we have a Christmas ornament done for yet another contest...I had two concepts so I did both of them.  (The animated versions aren't on Deviantart...no GIFs were allowed for the contest.)
Here is the second concept.  I want both of these ornaments!  (The animated versions aren't on Deviantart...no GIFs were allowed for the contest.)
This is Karey, a character from a comic on Deviantart, done for a contest.  I was fairly pleased with how it came out.
This is a little girl with windstorm powers.  She was also done for a Deviantart contest.
A young boy enjoys a thunderstorm.  Originally done for a contest on deviantart, it's become one of my favorites.  This is what I do in thunderstorms.
A boy goes skiing for the first time.  This is about what I looked like my first time skiing, too!
This East Indian boy was going to be one of my fanfic characters, but didn't look like him.  So he's here.
A hairball I did for drawing practice.
Here's an eyeball I also did for practice.
SpiralScouts with the American Flag.
My first picture with blenders and new pencils - some random dude.
SpiralScout Sketch.
Human verions of Unity Scouts.  Scamps first.
Then Novices.
Prentices...
...and elders.
A drawing exercise involving textures and a basic ball shape.  First, a Tennis ball.
Then a ball of wool.
Finally, an orange.
More practice pics.  This is an egg decorated by a fantasy creature (a furry).
A boy drawn with line art.
The same boy in color only--no lines.
Bluebells done in paint.
