Pronounced thus: Nah (short "a") No Wry Moh.
It is short for National Novel Writing month, and is, in essence, simply
a time of year when insane writers get together and get a novel written--at
least 50,000 words by th end of the month. The website should have
all of the information that you need if you are interested in participating.

My first year was 2007, and I managed to get my word count in on the
twentieth. Eventually I will have more years here. Anyway,
here I house the participation and/or "winner" graphics gotten from the
