History:
Cougira's parents were killed in an accident
when Cougira was only two, and I adopted her from Lady Bast's agency...which
is the agency I took over and moved to a new, more central location.

Personality:
Happy, hyperactive, and friendly. If she can be active, she's
happy enough. She and Blaze get along very well, because Cougira
can play rough and roughhouse with him, and he's just as active as she.
She likes bright colors and lots of chaos.
Likes:
Rainbows, baby animals, Unity Scouts, running,
sugar, being hyper, playing in the mud, riding bikes, sugar, pestering
her older siblings, bright colors, the sun, playing, candy, sugar, ice
cream, sugar, being read to, kids' movies, makings things, playgrounds,
singing.
Dislikes:
Bullies, dark and depressing things, cold
weather, grouches, anything that startles her (it makes her mad), most
dark green food, medicine, being sick, bedtime.
